2. A 30% deposit confirms booking; balance due 3 days before departure.
3. The order of sights may change due to weather, tides or traffic, but no sights are cut.
4. In case of force majeure (typhoon, storm), both parties will negotiate a solution.
5. Carry your passport; foreign guests must keep valid Chinese visas/visa-free documents with them.
6. Travel-agency liability insurance is included; we strongly recommend personal travel insurance.
7. Zero-shopping guarantee: any forced shopping or optional fees are compensated at RMB 2,000/pax.
